360 Newbury Street
360 Newbury, located in the architecturally historic neighborhood of Back Bay, was developed by Boston Residential group and deigned by ADD Inc. The building, built in 1918 was renovated in 2006 into 54 New York style luxury condos ranging from one-bedrooms to penthouses. Frank Gehry, who is considered one of the greatest architects of our time, designed the iconic signature cantilevered canopy of the building. He has won the prestigious Pritzker Prize for excellence in architecture and outstanding work on buildings, such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. Gehry designed 360 Newbury with same elegance and unique style as these renowned masterpieces.
When you enter through the beautiful, oversized entry door into the home, you may never want to leave. Expansive windows, running nearly floor-to-ceiling bring in natural light, and depending on where the condo is facing, glamorous views of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, or the Charles River. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with chef-grade appliances by Bosch, Gaggenau, Miele, and Sub-Zero. Granite countertops and custom Arclinea cabinetry create an inviting space. The marble bathroom and soaking tub offers a relaxing atmosphere and a place for you to unwind at the end of the day.
On Boston’s renowned Newbury Street you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants to explore. Blocks away to the North is the Charles River Esplanade and to the West, Fenway Park. With the Hynes Convention Center T and bus stop steps away, you can also easily access other neighborhoods of Boston.
