Essentially a consumer needs to work this into the price and compare apartment to apartment. It is best to calculate the term rent with all fees and costs involved as it can be quite confusing.

Boston is essentially divided into brownstones and high rises High rises offer all the bells and whistles but lack the charm of the brownstones. The brownstones are on the tree-lined streets and have the historical architectural appeal, but most often do not have central a/c, or any sort of modern amenities. For top dollar you can find renovated units in brownstones. We have rentals in both the brownstones and high rises of Boston.
