Former Boston Celtics’ guard Kemba Walker has just sold his Brookline mansion and is now a member of the New York Knicks. In 2019 Walker paid $11.25 million for the 9,592 square-foot home at 317 Sears Road, which features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The property features a limestone exterior, 22-foot custom iron entryways, a custom double bridal suite, two separate kitchens, a paneled library, an au pair suite, a “palatial” primary suite, and four en-suite bedrooms with 14-foot tray ceilings. Built by Cindy Stump and her C. Stumpo Development team, the home is known for its “secluded living” with “estate expansion potential.”
Fromer Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady recently sold his 12,112 square foot Brookline mansion at an undisclosed price in 2020. Listed at $33.9 million and featuring a custom design, yoga studio, wine room, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, state-of-the-art gym, pool, and barn guest house. (Former Celtic Sells Mansion)
