The Channel Center, in Boston’s Seaport District, is part of the largest urban redevelopment in the region. Commonwealth Ventures developed the two buildings, 25 and 35 Channel Center and turned them into upscale luxury condos. Completed in 2005, 25 Channel Center was built from the ground up and 35 Channel Center was converted from an old warehouse. Each building has its own charm and unique style. 25 Channel Center, for example, has a clean, modern, loft design with glass walls that reach up to 18 feet, while 35 Channel has the charm of the brick and beam architecture of the old warehouse. Given that 35 Channel is an old warehouse, in some sections of the building, soaring ceilings reach as high as 15 feet.

The two buildings combined account for 120 loft-style luxury units. Each unit has a different design and layout in order to fit different needs and to make it truly feel unique and your own. Kitchens are outfitted with top-of the line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and make the space feel even more expansive. To quickly escape to the outdoors, some unit owners can enter their private terrace through the living area. South-facing units have views of the downtown skyline.

Residences at Channel Center are located on the water at Fort Point Channel, which feeds into the Boston Harbor. The area is growing rapidly, as there are plans to develop new office buildings and residences in the area. The city has already granted permission to transform 35 acres of surfaced parking into residences and office buildings. The location of the luxury condos is within walking distance to the Financial District, and the T stop at Broadway Station provides easy access to other neighborhoods in Boston and Cambridge. Garage parking is also accessible and provides convenience.
