The Clarendon | 400 Stuart Street
The Clarendon Boston was developed in collaboration by Related Companies and the Beal Companies and was designed by world known Robert A.M. Sterns Architects. As described by the architectural firm, “the Clarendon is clad in the traditional Boston palette of red brick and limestone, but expressed in a way that relates to its modern neighbors with two-story recessed masses that modulate the scale of the whole.” Completed in 2009, it is one of the few residential buildings in Boston to be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council. The building has achieved LEED Silver Certification for energy and water efficiency, use of renewal construction material, and high quality indoor environment. As described architect’s firm, “the Clarendon is clad in the traditional Boston palette of red brick and limestone, but expressed in a way that relates to its modern neighbors with two-story recessed masses that modulate the scale of the whole.”
The Clarendon Boston offers 102 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Condos, beginning on the 15th floor, offer exceptional panoramic views of the downtown skyline, Charles River, and the Boston Harbor. White oak hardwood floors and 10 feet floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and create an inviting environment. The open layout of the home provides a great space to gather your family or entertain guests. Kitchens, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Subzero wine cooler, and Miele dishwasher give you the ability to cook chef-grade meals. If, however, you are not in the mood or do not have the time to cook, you can quickly order a meal from your in-home catering service by Post 390, a highly rated American restaurant. While the indoor environment is of the highest quality, you can grab a breath of fresh air and quickly escape to the outdoors on the rooftop terrace. You can use the space to either have private time and catch up on a book or entertain guests.
Full service amenities include 24-hour concierge, valet parking, state of the art Equinox fitness center, boardroom, children’s play room, Assouline culture lounge, and landscaped terrace by Copley Wolff Design Group.
The Clarendon, located in the heart of Back Bay, is within walking distance to shops and high quality restaurants. Close to the Copley T and bus stops, you can easily explore other parts of Boston.
