The Many Boston Homes of Tom Brady: As Tom Brady returns to New England on Sunday as a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, it’s hard to think about the GOAT without thinking of his 20 years in Boston. Sure he brought 6 NFL championships to New England and will forever be a saint in the eyes of Bostonians, but what’s just as impressive are the properties he and his wife Gisele Bundchen have owned over the years. Let’s take a stroll down memory lane and recount some of the many beautiful homes Brady lived in during his time as a Patriot.
A Suite Chateau at The Burrage House
Tom’s first adventure into the Boston real estate market came in June 2004 when he purchased the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at The Burrage House at 314 Commonwealth Avenue just around the corner from our office in the Back Bay. The 3,412-square-foot property was fit for the 3-time SuperBowl king of New England who purchased the unit for $4,125,000 and would late sell for $5,285,000 in 2008.
A Beacon St. Triplex for the 3-Time Champ
Three SuperBowl rings…why not buy a triplex on Beacon? That’s exactly what Brady did when bought the 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse at 310 Beacon St. in the Back Bay. While living on Beacon, Tom and Gisele were regularly seen in the area shopping for their own groceries at Whole Foods Market Symphony just a few blocks away. The couple eventually got married and sold the unit in 2012 for $9,271,000.
The Patriot Palace
What tops a pair of gorgeous Back Bay 3-bed, 3.5 bath, residences you may ask? How about the custom 12,000 square foot masterpiece of a mansion Tom and Gisele had built complete with a yoga studio, state-of-the-art gym, spa, pool, wine cellar, and barn guest house! The couple first bought the land in 2013 and construction was completed in 2015. Upon Brady signing with the Bucs, the property was put on the market and eventually sold for an estimated $32.5 million
